Position Overview:

As a Sales Consultant at Orleans Ford, you'll be at the forefront of helping our customers find their perfect vehicle. You'll engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored solutions. We are looking for candidates at all experience levels, from introductory to advanced, who are passionate about sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and follow up on leads.
• Negotiate sales and close deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required; we provide training!
• A passion for automobiles and helping customers.
